• How to get your own pet on a Crewneck! Simply purchase your preferred colour and size. Once you have placed your order send us a picture via Text or Email of your dog, then received your Cool New Custom Crewneck!

• How do I add custom Sizing for my Dogs Winter Warmer? Simply use the same measurement area's as our size guide & select custom sizing. Don't forget to add your custom sizing under Shipping Instructions.

• How Long Does it take to make my order? As we are making each piece by hand, it can take 5-10 business days for production.

• How do I use the discount codes? Simply add your products to the cart, include any notes you would like under shipping instructions, once you complete your address before the payment page, you can add your discount code to receive any discounts.
